Daphne WHITE Mother, Homemaker, Campaigner, Councillor, Mayor and Bonne Vivante Passed away on 10th June 2018 aged 83. Sadly missed by her three sons and those whose lives she touched. Funeral Service at Southend Crematorium, West Chapel, 2.00pm Tuesday 10th July. All who knew her welcome to the service. No flowers. So sad that you left us Daphne. Such a lovely lady in all respects. Lovely memories of your Mayoral year that will always stay with me.
