Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Erykah Badu is to headline this year’s Field Day festival.

The acclaimed US songstress will join the likes of south London rapper Loyle Carner, prolific hip-hop producer Madlib, and jazz singer-songwriter Thundercat at the expanded two-day festival in the capital’s Brockwell Park.

It comes one year after Badu’s seminal debut album Baduizm celebrated its 20th anniversary and will be her only festival performance in the UK in 2018.
