HOLOCAUST victims will be remembered in Brentwood as part of an international event.

An exhibition will be held in Town Hall starting today and running until Saturday looking at the horrific genocide carried out in Nazi concentration camps.

The display is part of International Holocaust Memorial Day which reflects on the attorcities leading to the death of six million Jewish people during the Second World War.

A meeting of commemoration will be held in the main hall at Brentwood County High School starting at 6.30pm on Saturday.

Talks will also be done by John Fieldsend who was rescued from going to a concentration camp as a child during the Kindertransport operation.

Doors will be open for the exhibition from 9.30am to 4.30pm on the first two days and from 10am to 1pm on the last.
