A HOSPICE will have their biggest ever team running for them at the Brentwood Half Marathon on Sunday March 23.
St Francis Hospice, based in Havering-atte-Bower, has 70 people running the 13.1 mile course in aid of them with the hope about £25,000 will be raised.
Bosses from the hospice said they are thrilled to have so many people running for them, especially as it is the charity's 30th anniversary this year.
Lauren Josman, the hospice's event manager, said: "Their support will make a difference to people in your community who have complex needs related to cancer, heart disease and other life-limiting illness when they need it."
