CANDIDATES are out on Brentwood’s streets on the campaign trail ahead of the Local Elections on Thursday May 22.
The list of candidates for the 13 wards which have a seat up for grabs at Brentwood Council has been revealed.
New faces are guaranteed to appear at Town Hall after the votes are counted as a number of current councillors have chosen not to stand for re-election.
These include Conservatives Cheralyn Beeston in Brentwood South, Alan Braid in Hutton Central and Keith Sparling in Ingatestone, Fryerning and Mountnessing.
Brentwood First candidate Nigel Clarke, who has represented Brentwood West ward since 2010, will be fighting to win in South Weald after deciding to swap seats.
