A SURVEY has shown adult community learning in Essex would be highly recommended.
The survey, carried out on behalf of the Skills Funding Agency into community learning courses, showed 94 per cent of over 1,000 respondents would recommend the service to their friends of family.
Out of ten, the quality of teaching, respect of staff towards the learner, support given to the learner learners expectations all scored nine of more.
Councillor Ray Gooding, in charge of education, said: "Whether you are learning for personal interests, to improve your job prospects or simply to meet new friends then I would encourage you to get in touch and find out what’s on offer.”
