MANAGEMENT at the Baytree Centre in Brentwood are now fully trained in the “principles of customer service” after completing a world-recognised service training programme.
Staff there took part in the World Host scheme which has been used to train over one million people.
The centre is owned by DTZ Property Company, and more than 50 per cent of its staff have now been trained in the programme.
Paul Smith, director, said: “The course has enhanced the skills and knowledge staff already had to deliver customer service excellence across the region.”
