THOSE with concerns about theirs or a loved one’s memory are invited to a free-to-attend workshop ran by professionals.
The Forget Me Not Café, held at the Billericay Day Centre, Chantry Way, is open each Thursday from 1.30pm-3.30pm.
The café provides a confidential environment for people to discuss concerns, alongside puzzles, arts, crafts, singing, games and more.
It also provides information, advice, outreach, and health professional support groups.
For more information contact Tracey Godden, dementia support worker via traceygodden1949@gmail.com.
