Commuters heading back to work this morning have had to deal with severe delays and cancellations to trains due to some engineering work overrunning.
The disruption has affection trains in and out of Shenfield Station.
The lines at Shenfield reopened after the overhead power lines were re-energised but Greater Anglia has warned passengers that trains running through this route may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 60 minutes.

There are also major disruptions to lines through Clacton, Southend and Southminster.

The 6.40am train from Southend Victoria to London Liverpool Street was cancelled due to a train fault which was followed by the 7.32 and the 7.57.
This is linked to a points failure earlier this morning.
Greater Anglia have also announced that trains running through Stratford, including the Southend Victoria to London Liverpool Street line, may be delayed or cancelled after a passenger was taken ill on a train at Stratford this morning.
