Volunteer needed to help escort carnival court around the county
A VOLUNTEER is needed to help escort a carnival court around the county.
The Witham Carnival Court is in need of a car with a tow bar to drive the carnival float.
The float visits neighbouring towns and as the organisers no longer have a car, they are worried they will not be able to tour.
