A VAN that collided with a car leaving a passenger injured fled the scene, yesterday (Sunday, October 9).
A white van and a red Mini One were in collision at the roundabout junction of Bicknacre Road and the B1418 at around 9.10pm.
The van failed to stop.
The passenger in the front seat of the mini was taken to hospital to be treated for whiplash.
The driver of the van is described as white, between 40 and 50 years old, bald, of broad build and wearing dark clothing.
Anyone with any information is asked to Pc Allan Discombe at the Stanway Roads Policing Unit on 101.
