Students put in star turns on the slopes
STUDENTS from New Hall School competed at the British School Girls Ski Races in France.
The girls, who attend the school in The Avenue, Boreham, visited Flaine ski resort to take part in the championships.
Isabelle Lander, Alice McLeish and Emily McLeish came second in the dual slalom, while Lauren Gould, Sophie Hughes and Allegra Martin came second in the younger team event.
Isabelle also came first in giant slalom overall, as well as winning her under-16 category, while Allegra came third for under-14 giant slalom and second for under-14 overall
