POLICE are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed a car being pursued by police through the Harlow and Ongar area.
Essex Police were contacted at 2.30pm today following reports that a property had been burgled in Lindsey Street, Epping.
Officers responding to the call began pursuing a dark-coloured Audi Q7, which is believed to be stolen and believed to have been used in connection with the burglary.
The vehicle, which travelled at excessive speeds, was followed along the A414 from Epping, through Chipping Ongar, then Harlow.
The vehicle was last seen travelling along Weald Bridge Road towards Dunmow.
