Crown Court - the Chelmsford man will appear at the court on Tuesday August 8
A man who appeared in court last week charged with attempted murder of his ex-partner will appear in Chelmsford Crown Court next month.
Terry Wayne Margetson, 42 appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Thursday July 13 after he was arrested for the attempted murder of a woman believed to be Gemma Saye.
Police and paramedics were called to the reported incident in Rookes Crescent at around 7:40am on Thursday July 6.
Margetson has also been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent against Neil Barden as well breach of a restraining order.
Following his appearance at Magistrates Court, Margetson was remanded in custody.
He will appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday August 8 at 10am.
