FAMILIES were treated to a week of free activities and entertainment.
The 14th annual Fun Week was held at the Scout Hut in Langton Avenue in Melbourne, and was run by the Community Of Sisters, living in Anderson avenue.
The week was very much appreciated by local families, whose children enjoyed a rich variety of activities through the week – from cookery to craft – sport – drama – music – dance.
The hut throbbed to the sounds of laughter and fun all week as children were held enthralled by a strong group of young helpers who animated the week.
It ended with a family fun day finale, where Dale Superville, an actor with huge local pantomime experience, gave out the prizes and certificates.
