A12 closed at Chelmsford
There are delays on the A12 northbound due to over-running roadworks.
The road was due to be opened earlier this morning but instead a diverion has been put in place by the the exit and entry slip roads of junction 17 the Great Baddow Bypass and A130 for Howe Green.
There are long queues of traffic back towards juntion 15, the A414 to Three Mile Hill.
There is no news as to when the road will re-open.
We will update the website when we recieve any further information.
