Long delays on A127 as burst water main blocks road
LONG queues are building on the A127 after a burst water main partially blocked the carriageway.
The water main has burst on the eastbound carriageway in Basildon, near Summerhill Garden Centre, which is between the Fortune of War and Nevendon junctions.
As a result of the blockage, there are long delays and traffic is queuing back as far as the junction with the M25.
