Meeting the kids - Melanie Wood and Dave Finkle
THE winner of a competition to name two new arrivals at Barleylands Farm enjoyed the chance to meet the goats.
Competition winner Melanie Wood picked the names Blizzard and Snowflake to reflect the wintery season of their births.
Farm manager Dave Finkle said: “The winner of our name the kid competition visited the farm park on Thursday to meet the newly named Blizzard and Snowflake.
“We hope you had a lovely time Melanie and once again, congratulations on winning.”
Melanie said: “We had a lovely time! Blizzard and Snowflake are adorable and I look forward to watching them grow up.”
Barleylands is hosting a festival of fun this half term from Monday, February 13 to Friday, February 17.
