THE Hindu Community in Chelmsford came together for a religious music event in the city.
The event focussed on the Narasimha Kavacha, a hymn. The Hindus believe and worship Narasimha who is one of the most powerful manifestations of Lord Mahavishnu.
The event was organised by Chelmsford Gita Sanga, a highly spiritual group of volunteers whose objective is to practice and promote spiritual activities of Hinduism.
The event was a grand success and took place at Little Waltham Memorial Hall, Little Waltham.
A feast of vegetarian food was made and served at the end of the event for everyone present.
The Chelmsford Gita Sanga hold regular events in the city.
