THE newly elected MP for Chelmsford visited a charity.
Vicky Ford MP joined Chelmsford city councillors to learn about the work of the Chess charity, which supports homeless people.
Mrs Ford said: “I joined Dick Madden and Councillor Paul Hutchinson to meet CHESS.
“This outstanding local charity supports those who are homeless and helps people in very difficult circumstances to turn their lives around.
“Their new building will be an excellent resource. CHESS experts explained how our local councils and government are also helping, and what more should be done.
“If you want to support the homeless in Chelmsford then do consider giving to CHESS.”
