Plans revealed for block of nine new homes in Chelmsford
PLANS have been revealed for a new block of nine flats in the city.
The planning application is for the development including the demolition of an existing property and a new parking area at 89 Widford Road, Chelmsford.
Chelmsford City Council is due to decide in October.
