Two women were freed from a car after a crash resulted in it getting stuck in a tree four feet of the ground.
Firefighters assisted at the scene of the road crash last night, just after 11pm, in Ongar High Street on Saturday (February 17).
On arrival crews from Harlow and Brentwood reported that two women were trapped in a vehicle which was stuck in a tree and approximately four feet off the ground following the incident.
Firefighters stabilised the vehicle due to it's precarious position, before freeing the two women from the car.
They were released by 11.41pm and were left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
