HOOPER Frank H 6.10.39 - 27.6.21 Anne, Dawn, Michael, and families are sad to announce the death of Frank at Southend General Hospital. His funeral will be held on Monday 26th July at 1.20pm at Southend Crematorium followed by a celebration of his life. With restrictions lifted we would love as many people who knew Frank to join us.
