Howard Charles Pannell Passed away peacefully at home on 10th January 2022 aged 69 years. A dearly loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, and friend to many. Funeral service at Southend Crematorium West Chapel on Thursday 3rd February 2022 at 11.20. Family flowers only please. Donations are gratefully received for the British Heart Foundation c/o F. P. So so sorry to hear the sad news that Howard has passed away , far too soon. I was howards bank manager for a good few years and it was an absolute pleasure to have known him and worked with him. Always great fun and he did a lot for charity. A man with absolute integrity and the world will be a sadder place without him.
