NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 17 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

ANY person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of CHARLES WILLIAM COYLE late of 10C Lancaster Gardens, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 2NT who died on 6 February 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the said deceased on or before after which date the estates will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
