Further to a notice:
Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 5 May 2021 and 26 May 2021.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the older: To temporarily close bridleway 233, in the Borough of Basildon, starting at Lower Dunton Road for a distance of approximately 55 metres, east to its {unction with bridleway 237. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17 June 2021 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public whilst construction work is carried out. Then to reconfigure the bridleway access, following completion prior to re-opening to the public. Alternative route will be via bridleways 232,237,234 and 265.
To temporarily close bridleway 233, in the Borough of Basildon, starting at Lower Dunton Road for a distance of approximately 55 metres, east to its {unction with bridleway 237. (Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 590m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th June 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBLLNL2R003 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. Alternative routes are available via 1. A127, Progress Road, Rayleigh Road, Eastwood Road, Daws Heath Road. 2. A127, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, High Road, High Street, Eastwood Road, Daws Heath Road. The Order will come into effect on 17th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st June 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001068102 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Rushbottom Lane, Eversley Road, Mandeville Way, Stansfield Road and vice versa.

(No.7) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the older:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 3rd June 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
