(Chapel Street, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Chapel Street, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Hillside Road to its Roundabout junction with Sun Street a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2021 for 11 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (BC311WC2MH14G007 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct clearance in footway and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. Alternative routes are available via
1. Sun Street, London Road, Laindon Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Bell Hill Roundabout, Southend Road.
2. Sun Street, London Road, High Street, Norsey Road, Jacksons Lane, Meadow Rise, Valley Road, Hillside Road, Chapel Street.
The Order will come into effect on 5th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Hill, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Church Hill, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Church Hill, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southwesterly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 15th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005372 - Nationwide Traffic Solutions). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while crane lifting works are undertaken by Nationwide Traffic Solutions. An alternative route is available via Church Hill, St Nicholas Lane, Upper Mayne Roundabout, Upper Mayne, Burches Roundabout, Basildon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Road North, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Road North, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Walnut Close to its junction with Willowfield Roundabout a distance of approximately 360m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th August 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30035365119 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead electrical works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. Alternative routes are available via:
1. High Road North, Fortune of War Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to Noak Hill Road Eastbound, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Wash Road West, Dunten Road, West Mayne Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from West Mayne to A127 Eastbound, Southend Arterial Road.
2. Wash Road West, Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Upper Mayne, Burches Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road to Upper Mayne Link Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip from Upper Mayne to A127 Westbound, Southend Arterial Road, Fortune of War Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to West Mayne Westbound, West Mayne Roundabout, Dunton Road.
The Order will come into effect on 5th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kimberley Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kimberley Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 240m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307786 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lamboume Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 95m south east of its junction with Gardiners Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA51134513 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Plumberow Mount Avenue, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plumberow Mount Avenue, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction Plumberow Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th August 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001075558 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2312302 - Essex County Council). (Mons Avenue, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Mons Avenue, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Prince Edwards Road to its junction with Thynne Road a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01332560A - Essex And Suffolk Water). that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Magnolia Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st August 2021 for 1 night (00:01 -10:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701SSV-37-40-010821 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Magnolia Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 6 nights (19:00 - 04:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153062224 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Road, Great Burstead and South Green in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 75m southeast of its junction with Hickstars Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00805AUGEAFJG658 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground maintenance works are undertaken by Openreach.
