The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be ot public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

A copy of the application may be inspected at the following location: The application may be inspected on-line at or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26 - 30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA1 1XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday. Telephone enquiries can be made to the Development Management Support Team on 01925 442819. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application (including objections) should submit them in writing to the Development Management Support Team by e-mail or letter to New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NH within 21 days of the date of this notice. Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public. Please quote the planning application reference number in all correspondence.
