LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (SECTION 17)

Notice is hereby given that B&M Retail Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at Basildon Borough Council For the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, 3-5 Town Square Basildon SS14 1DZ to allow off sales ol alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 22:00 7 days a week. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority [Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below i.e. by 20 February 2018. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre St Martin's Square Basildon Essex SS14 1DL. A record ol the application and the statutory register ol the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address giver above, by appointment, between 09:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
