A man from Harwich has been charged with various offences including two counts of assaulting a police constable following a single vehicle rtc in Navestock.
Gerard Galvin, 28, of Gravel Hill Way, Harwich, has been charged with failing to provide a specimen following an accident, using a vehicle without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence in addition to the two counts of assaulting a police officer, and released on police bail to appear before magistrates in Basildon on May 21.
A silver Vauxhall Astra left the road in Chequers Road, Navestock, at about 11.30pm on Sunday, December 21.
