THE Brentwood Shakespeare Company is set to bring the romance and tragedy of one of the playwright’s most famous works to life on stage.
The company will be performing their take on Romeo and Juliet at the Brentwood Theatre until Saturday, April 23.
A theatre spokesman said: “Brentwood Theatre is delighted to welcome the Brentwood Shakespeare Company, performing as a tribute to William Shakespeare in the 400th year since his death.
"Elegantly set against the background of the city of Verona with beautiful classical costumes, this traditionally performed production is one not to miss.”
Tickets are now sold out for Saturday night’s performance but are still available for other showings.
