SMOKE billowed into the sky over Brentwood this morning (Friday August 2) after a number of garages, sheds and outbuildings went up flames.
The inferno, which started at about midnight in Snakes Hill, took three fire crews almost two hours to extinguish.
Responding to a 999 call, crews from Brentwood and Harold Hill reported the buildings, measuring 10m x 5m were entirely alight.
Crews used two hose reel jets and one main jet to extinguish the fire.
