The May Day Bank Holiday is just around the corner and the whole family can enjoy a weekend of fun - with the dog.

There will be live entertainment, thrilling displays and amazing animals as the All About Dogs Show and the Robin Hood Country Show returns to Brentwood.

Coming to the Brentwood Centre on Sunday 6th and Monday 7th May, the All About Dogs Show has something to get everyone’s tails wagging including fun dog shows and classes as well as amazing arena events and have-a-go activities.

Plus, this year the show will be welcoming Britain’s Got Talent finalists Trip Hazard and Pippa and Buddy.

Lucy Heath and her tiny companion Trip Hazard will treat audiences to fun performances and moves that you might recognise from the popular ITV show.

Then sit back and listen to the vocal talents of Pip and her dog Buddy on the Main Stage.

The weekend is a family event with great entertainment for all ages. The Children’s Fun Zone includes inflatables, fairground rides and lots of other kids’ activities.

Show Director Matt Upson said: “We’re delighted to bring the All About Dogs Show and the Robin Hood Country Show back to Brentwood.

"The festivals popularity is growing every year and we are always looking at new ways to entertain and delight our visitors.

“We see the shows as really fun family events and, of course, that definitely includes the doggy family members.

“Our aim is to deliver a spectacular, feel good day out for both our two and four legged visitors and to offer them something unique they wouldn’t get at a traditional dog show event".

With fun dog show classes from the cutest pup and best rescue to waggiest tail and baddest hair day as well as talent shows for gifted pooches All About Dogs is a joyous celebration of man’s best friend.

World class arena displays and demonstrations showcase the extraordinary skills and bonds of both the dogs and their handlers and there’s the chance to meet and chat with renowned dog experts at the Village Green.
