UPDATE 1PM: Following a fault with the signalling system at Ilford some lines have now reopened.
Train services running through Ilford will be delayed until 3pm.
A signalling equipment fault caused by cable damage at Ilford affecting all four lines means Greater Anglia and TFL Rail services are disrupted.
Two of the four lines in the Ilford area have re-opened and Greater Anglia is now able to run a limited service at reduced speed in the Ilford area between Liverpool Street and Shenfield, Southend Victoria, Chelmsford, Colchester Ipswich and Norwich.
