A FAMOUS history buff will be taking his tour to Chelmsford this month.
Dan Snow, a well-known historian and TV presenter has embarked on a 42-date tour around the UK and will be coming to the the Civic Theatre, in Chelmsford.
The best-selling tour, An Evening with the History Guy, will see the historian recount his array of memorable experiences from his very successful career as a historian and broadcaster.
There will also be a chance to put your questions to Mr Snow during a 20-minute Q & A interview.
Dan will also research and include historical facts and stories relating to the specific area and town of each theatre on the tour and will be aided by the use of digital screens.
The show will be an undoubted success with academics, students, families, and all those interested in the history of Chelmsford and the surrounding area.
The show will be on Thursday, March 28, and 7.30pm.
Dan is the son of legendary broadcaster Peter Snow and the nephew of Channel 4 newsreader Jon Snow, and the great great grandson of British Prime Minister, David Lloyd George.
Dan runs his own online TV channel, History Hit TV - tv.historyhit.com and has a regular history slot on The One Show.
