Six teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of robbery after incidents including knife point robbery.
The first incident occurred just before 6.30pm on April 5.
Two teenagers were targeted by a large group of teenagers near to the Baytree Centre on Coptfold Road.
One coat was from Canada Goose the other a dark green Prada coat.
On April 9, a boy was threatened with a knife in Shenfield Road in Shenfield, and his grey Canada Goose coat was stolen.
Passers-by intervened and a hat, which had also been taken, was recovered.
One of the boys, a 16-year-old from Upminster, was also arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis.
A 14-year-old teenager from Woodford Green was additionally arrested for failing to appear at court.
The six teenagers remain in custody as police enquiries continue.
