A MAN who died in Brentwood was not murdered, police have confirmed.

Essex Police had previously launched a murder investigation into the death of the 43-year-old man in Brentwood High Street.

He was found unwell at 8.55am on Monday, and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

He had sustained a facial injury, meaning police treated the death as suspicious.

However, a post mortem examination was carried out yesterday which proved inconclusive, but it was found that there was no third party involvement in his death.
