A NATIONAL chocolate-making company has announced plans to open a store in Braintree Village.
Swiss chocolatier Lindt made the announcement when it advertised employment opportunities for its new shop on its website.
A statement alongside the advert reads: "Due to our continued growth plans, we are excited to announce that Lindt is coming to the heart of Essex, Braintree Village.
"We are now on the hunt for an inspirational store management team to lead the opening of this new store. This will include recruiting your dynamic team through its day-to-day management and future success."
The Lindt store will be the first of its kind in Essex, with customers typically having to travel to the likes of Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent to indulge their sweet tooth.
As well as a store manager, Lindt is also advertising a role for an assistant manager at its new shop.
