The offices in Colchester High Street
PLANS have been submitted to create ten apartments in Colchester’s high street.
Empiric Estates has applied to Colchester Council for prior approval to change of use of three floors of an office block.
The offices could be changed to apartments.
In November 2016 permission was granted to change the use of the building, which houses Connells estate agents, to a restaurant but plans never came forward.
If the apartment plans were to be approved, only the first, second and third floors would be affected.
The ground floor will remain the same.
