A SKIPPER struggling to bring broken down sailing vessel off Prestatyn was given a helping hand.
Rhyl Coastguard and RNLI were tasked with providing assistance off Prestatyn at about 11am on Saturday, January 25.
While the skipper had already made it ashore, attempts to return to vessel to retrieve it were unsuccessful.
With the aid of the RNLI, the vessel was towed to Mostyn Harbour safe haven, for skipper to begin repairs.
