MARK Molesley is at Southend United’s Boots & Laces training ground this morning, Echosport can reveal.
The 39-year-old has been mulling over a switch to the Shrimpers from Weymouth who he has guided to back to back promotions.
Molesley has also been coaching Bournemouth’s under 23 team but now appears to be nearing a move to Blues after being introduced to the players this morning.
The Shrimpers have yet to replace Sol Campbell who left the club at the end of June.
