A burglar who has escaped from jail may be in Harlow.
Tommy Mitchell escaped from Hollesley Bay prison in Suffolk where he is serving a six years and six months sentence for burglary and theft.
The 21-year-old was reported missing by guards on the morning of Wednesday, April 14.
Mitchell was jailed in October of 2019 for his involvement in a crime group that targeted cash machines, cars and homes.
He is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, of medium build and with brown hair and police say he has links to Harlow and Great Dunmow.
Anyone who believes they have seen Tommy Mitchell, or who has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
