Update: Missing man, 87, found after police appeal
A man who was missing from Braintree has been found.
Essex Police had appealed for help to find missing 87-year-old Frank Childs, who went missing earlier on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesman said: "We are no longer looking for Frank Childs, who was missing from his home in Braintree.
"The 87-year-old was found this evening.
"Thank you for sharing our appeal."
