PLANS to move and re-erect a listed building in a country park have been recommended for approval.
The 17th Century stable is currently on the site of the redundant All Saints Church in East Horndon and has fallen into a poor condition after repeated acts of vandalism.
An application was made to Basildon Council to dismantle the stable and rebuild it in Wat Tyler Park, Pitsea, to join a group of other historic buildings.
