A proud horticulturist is showing off his pride and joy at RHS Hyde Hall gardens - a massive 240kg pumpkin!
Matt Oliver from RHS Garden Hyde Hall has been lavishing lots of care on his pumpkin patch this year and his efforts have paid off with a whopping Atlantic Giant pumpkin.
The plump pumpkin was grown from a seed planted in May and harvested and weighed this week.
The enormous veggie will take pride of place in a seasonal display of pumpkins and squash for the next few weeks for visitors to enjoy.
Hyde Hall is open daily from 10am. For more information visit the website: rhs.org.uk/hydehall
Have you grown a massive marrow, ludicrously large leek, enormous eggplant or pumped up parsnip?
We'd love to see them! Send your pictures to charlotte.austen-hardy@nqe.com or tweet me at @caustenhardy
