World Champion mountain biker Hans Rey will be at Chelmsford’s Civic Theatre on Monday February 4, to talk about his amazing life and career.
Hans Rey is the pioneer of freeride mountain biking, extreme and trials mountain biking, and a former mountain bike world champion who has won bike trials all over the globe.
Since retiring from competitive sport in 1997 Hans has focused his time on exploring the extremes of the world on his mountain bike, places that had been previously considered to be unrideable.
Hans will be talking about his early life in Germany, the early mountain bike boom in America, his amazing biking career and his vision of the future of the sport.
The night promises to be unmissable for any cycling fanatic or anyone interested in sport and what motivates a person to push their body, and equipment, to the very limits of endurance.
