Animal welfare charity Brooke will host a free ticketed event at Hylands House in Chelmsford on Wednesday February 13.
The event will give horse and donkey lovers the chance to learn more about Brooke’s work around the world.
The charity works to bring change and relief to the lives of working horses and donkeys and the families who depend on them.
As well as hearing from animal welfare experts, guests will have the opportunity to take a carriage ride around the beautiful grounds of Hylands and also take a look at the estate’s very rare Suffolk Punch horses within the stables.
Brooke staff will also be on hand to discuss upcoming projects and show guests the charity’s virtual reality film, captured within a Pakistan brick kiln.
Guests can choose either the morning or afternoon session and all attending will receive a complimentary lunch.
Tickets are free but limited and those wishing to attend can get in touch via email at legacies@thebrooke.org, or call 020 7470 9343.
