A MAN from Chelmsford has been charged with a series of offences following an alleged domestic incident.
The alleged incident took place in Bellmead Park on August 23 last year.
Jack Brittain, 22, of New London Road, has been charged with animal cruelty, common assault, assaulting a police officer, criminal damage and a public order offence.
He has been released on bail, and will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on March 13.
