Suspected rogue trader charged with two counts of fraud
A SUSPECTED rogue trader has been charged with two counts of fraud.
Alfie Mitchell, 35, of Fern Hill Lane, Harlow, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 30 September.
It follows two reports between January and May 2020, that a man demanded significant amounts for gardening work.
The incidents were reported by elderly home owners and police arrested a man on Wednesday, August 12.
