SOUTHEND United starlet Kenny Coker has joined in with the Shrimpers' pre-match preparations for tomorrow's clash with Gillingham because it is half term.
The 16-year-old is in Year 11 at Beauchamps High School in Wickford.
But Blues boss Sol Campbell has been able to work with the youngster in training this week.
"He trained today because it’s half term but normally he can’t really train with us," said Campbell.
"He just comes in, that’s what’s happening now.
"If you’re fit you’ll play and we might have to go down to the under 15s next."
Coker has made two appearances off the bench for Blues.
